1. General

These terms govern the use of the website olga-gelman.com and the accounts and apps of Olga Gelman’s online school, operated by Olga Gelman, Sole Professional (Ajman Free Zone, UAE), Sole Professional License No. 56899 issued by Ajman Free Zone Authority. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

The school provides online consultations, workshops, a members’ club and professional training programs. The content, schedule and price of each program are stated on its page and in the public offer agreement you accept when paying.

3. Nature of services

Our programs are educational and psychological in nature. They are not medical care, do not diagnose or treat any condition and do not replace consultation with a doctor. If you have health concerns, please see a doctor. Results depend on each participant’s personal effort, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by payment providers. If you change your mind, email gc@olga-gelman.com: before a program starts we refund in full; after it starts we refund the amount minus the cost of services already provided, in accordance with the law and the offer agreement.

5. Materials

Program materials (videos, texts, exercises) are for the participant’s personal use. Copying, distributing or reselling them without the copyright holder’s written consent is prohibited.

6. Community rules

Insults, spam, unapproved advertising and posting other people’s personal data are not allowed in chats and comments. We may remove such content and restrict the violator’s access.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the website and materials available, but we are not responsible for outages of third-party services (social networks, video conferencing, internet providers).
