Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged us on Instagram or Threads, left comments or used our school’s services, you can have your data deleted in either of the following ways.

Option 1. In Instagram or Threads settings

1. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → select “Olga Gelman Platform” → Remove. Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → “Olga Gelman Threads” → Remove.
2. Meta then automatically sends us a deletion request, and we delete your messages, comments and any data linked to your account.

Option 2. By email

1. Email gc@olga-gelman.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. Include your Instagram or Threads username and/or email address whose data should be deleted.
3. We will delete the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation. Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records) are deleted once the required retention period ends.
