1. Who we are

The website olga-gelman.com, Olga Gelman’s online school and its related accounts and apps (including the “Olga Gelman Platform” and “Olga Gelman Threads” apps on the Meta platform) are operated by Olga Gelman, Sole Professional (Ajman Free Zone, UAE), Sole Professional License No. 56899 issued by Ajman Free Zone Authority, address: FL.H-602051, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Contact for privacy matters: gc@olga-gelman.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, phone number and the content of your request when you contact us or sign up for a program.
  • Messages and comments you send to our @dr.olgagelman account on Instagram and Threads: username, platform-scoped user ID, message text and attachments, and timestamps.
  • Payment and enrollment data: which program you purchased and your access status. We do not receive or store bank card details — payments are processed by payment providers.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs. This website does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

3. How we use data

  • To reply to your questions by email, Instagram Direct and comments.
  • To provide access to purchased programs and support your learning.
  • To publish our school’s content on our own accounts (Instagram, Threads, YouTube) and view their insights.
  • To comply with legal obligations (accounting, lawful requests from authorities).

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising, we do not use Meta or Google platform data to build advertising profiles, and we do not transfer it to data brokers.

4. Meta platform data (Instagram, Threads)

Our apps on the Meta platform are connected only to our school’s own accounts. Through the Instagram API and Threads API we receive messages and comments addressed to our account in order to reply to them, and we publish our own content. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Google and YouTube data

Through YouTube API Services we manage only our school’s own YouTube channel: uploading videos, editing descriptions, reading comments and channel analytics. By using these features we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our app’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Who we share data with

Only with service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent necessary: hosting (servers in the Russian Federation), our online learning platform, video hosting, Zoom video conferencing, payment providers and email service. All of them are required to protect the data. Data may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request from public authorities.

7. Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. We keep correspondence as long as needed to communicate with you and support your learning, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact; payment records are kept as long as required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent and request deletion. Email gc@olga-gelman.com — we respond within 30 days. How to delete data received via Instagram and Threads is described on the Data Deletion page.

9. Security

Only staff who need access for their work can access data, using personal accounts. Connections are protected by HTTPS; platform access tokens are stored securely on our server and never shared with third parties.

10. Children

Our programs are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
